For the extremely busy couple we can offer you complete planning for your dream wedding; from finding the perfect venue to the perfect color ribbon!
After meeting with our Coordinating Team and building your Wish List, timeline, and budget, a Personal Assistant will be assigned to your Dream Wedding and will begin the preliminary research for wedding and reception locations, bakers, catering professionals, bridal and tuxedo shops, seamstresses, entertainment providers, etc., as needed.
In some cases these providers require separate agreements. Because we work with so many local professionals we are able to arrange for discounts on your behalf, but will work with you in arranging for services.
AURORA’S DREAM service includes:
- The initial planning meeting with our Coordinating Team
- Unlimited calls and e-mail with your Personal Assistant
- 9 meetings to be determined and according to the prepared timeline
- Assistance with finding the perfect wedding/reception venue to match your style and budget
- Checklists and schedules for the Bride and Groom
- Assistance with theme, color schemes, and style of wedding
- Assistance with clergy/officiant/JP, if desired, and assistance with vows
- Assistance with outside vendors, including contract negotiation and review;
- photographer/videographer
- car service
- florists
- menu tastings
- bakeries and cake tastings
- etc.
- Maintaining your Personal Wedding Calendar; scheduling and reminding you of fittings, tastings, bridal showers, deadlines for deposits, and other key dates
- Coordinating and facilitating the rehearsal
- Coordinating and facilitating the ceremony and reception, arriving at the site 2 hours prior to the wedding, staying until you toss your bouquet!
